The second recipe is for white sangria (my own recipe!):
Ingredients:
1 bottle of white wine... I'm partial to Riesling
1/2 cup orange juice... Trop50 is great if you want to cut sugars and calories, and it tastes great!
1/2 liter ginger ale... diet works too!
2/3 cups of Splenda
2 oranges
1 peach
1 granny smith apple
... these ingredients are so flexible, you can really use any type of wine, juice, and fruit here. Whatever you love!Note: Having a beautiful container for serving will make it all the more special. Here are some of my favorites (all from Bed, Bath, & Beyond)
Directions:
1. Pour wine and orange juice in the pitcher. Chill while preparing fruits.
2. Add Splenda.
3. Toss in the fruit wedges. Chill (and you relax, too!) overnight.
4. Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving.
5. Enjoy!!!

I will definitely have to try the white sangria when I host club next. Looks yummy and refreshing! Thanks for sharing =]
